How do I receive 25 lei on Wolt?

You can get the 25 lei on Wolt if you enter the code BUNAWOLT in the Wolt app from the Profile → Use code section. 

The discount will be visible only after launch and will apply automatically on your first order.

What happens to my account?

Install the Wolt app and you'll be able to transfer your Tazz account simply and quickly! You will receive a notification in the Tazz app when the account transfer process begins, which will ask for your consent for this transfer. 

Data transfer is only possible for users who do not have a pre-existing Wolt account.

What happens to my Genius subscription?
Your Genius subscription will continue to work on Wolt with the same benefits. No action is required on your part.
What happens to my order details?

Your order history from Tazz will not be migrated to Wolt. We recommend saving important information from previous orders before the transition if you need them.

What happens to my cards?

All saved payment methods will be automatically transferred and secured in your Wolt account.

Do I need to create a new account on Wolt or will my old one work?

No, your Tazz account details will be transferred to Wolt. You don't need to create a new account or re-enter your data. Just make sure you're logged in with your eMAG account.

What happens if I have multiple accounts on one phone number?

You will be guided in the app to select the main account you want to transfer. The support team is available to provide additional assistance at the email address:

When exactly does the transfer to Wolt take place?

You'll receive a notification directly in the Tazz app when it's time. Until then, you can use Tazz as usual.

What should I do if I don't receive the transfer notification?
Make sure you have the latest version of the Tazz app and notifications enabled. If the problem persists, contact us at support@wolt.com
Will my Genius subscription change its price or conditions?
No. The Genius benefits will be preserved, and your subscription continues without changes. All you need to do is make sure you log into Wolt with your eMAG account.
Does Wolt work on the web or only in the app?

Wolt works best in the app (iOS/Android), but you can also order from a browser at wolt.com.
